U.S.S. Lenora NCC-79015

Lenora, meaning ‘Light’ or ‘Torch’ in Greek, is the name given to Starfleet Intelligence Divisions most recently named vessel. Its mission profile aims to bring to light the darker sides of the Federations' history by uncovering the actions of Section 31. Section 31, named after Article 14, Section 31 of Starfleets Charter which allowed for extraordinary measures to be taken in times of extreme threat, was once a rumor but has since been brought to light within Starfleet.

Set in the year 2400, just after the events of Season 1 of Picard. The Synth ban has been rescinded, and Artificial Intelligence vessels, such as the Prometheus class, have been brought back under extreme supervision. A fresh Captain with a fresh crew deep inside Federation borders begin to investigate remnants of a bygone era.

Mission: Chapter One - Arrivals
Posted on Thu Apr 2nd, 2026 @ 4:32pm by Unknown Distress Caller

In case of emergency had never been more prudent. Every officer was issued one at some time during their training, but no one ever thought they would need it. Still, she was glad that she carried it with her in her boots. As she pulled it out, she looked around the fields for cover to ride out the current change of weather on the horizon. Once she had it in hand, she twisted it and then slapped it. A green pulsating light emitted from the object, which was only a few inches in height. "Beacon Activated. Stand by... Beacon Activate.…

Mission: Chapter One - Arrivals
Posted on Sun Mar 8th, 2026 @ 11:13am by Ensign Jara'kani & Lieutenant JG Cormac MacArthur

Jara'kani had decided long ago that no simulated pool or beach would ever beat or even match Suraya Bay's pristine lagoons. Sure, you could replicate the sights and sounds and even smells, but there was something about it she couldn't put her finger on that you simply had to be there to experience. Maybe it was the sensation of having the real sun warm her skin as she emerged from the water, or the salty scent of the real sea breeze that stilled her heart.

Either way, since she didn't have access to either of those things she settled for…

Jara'kani hated this part of her day. The part that needed her to sit or lie on a biobed while supervised like a hawk by a medical professional while feeling lethargic and leaden - just so that she could live another day without going crazy and killing somebody. She resented the fact that, somehow, despite sitting in a prison colony fuck knows where, Dr. Eden Naix still had a chain clamped firmly round her ankle, tying her back to that whitewashed room in the basement of his lab on Risa.

However, she resented dying and not getting to slap the…

Mission: Chapter One - Arrivals

Nigi looked out onto the ship below. She was a Nova with a fresh batch of paint where her old name used to be, indicating two things; she was used, and she was still fighting the good fight. In her usual curved lettering, the name was spelled out as USS Lenora with the registry, NCC-79015, matching the same curve below the ship's name. Nigi brought a cup to her lips and began to take a sip of the Bajoran sweet tea that filled the cup. It was part of her newly developed habit of trying a new tea every week…
